This spring, we visited a certain place.
In retrospect, it became a journey of rediscovering our creative origins as artisans.
Amid intersecting passions and the flow of improvisational dialogue, new forms began to emerge one by one. The communication born through materials and tools reminded us of the primordial joy inherent in making.
Through this experience, we explored sculptural expressions that focus on the very “tools” that support our daily craftsmanship. What emerged was a quiet beauty—serene, yet carrying a sense of suspension within tension.
The new Griffa Series embodies this philosophy in the form of a clasp—at once an ornament to leather and an adornment that connects the owner with the brand.
In this collection, C3, we reinterpret from multiple perspectives the form of the European pricking iron used in hand-stitching, Griffa (French), and create a new sculptural language.
Within and beyond the form that inherits the rhythm of Griffa—its evenly spaced iron blades set at 2–3 mm intervals—materials and colors resonate with one another.
With this precise tool, how many distances have we stitched and advanced until now?
Each day, as we tailor leather products, the very moment we handle the Griffa—accompanied by its quiet tension—may be both the most traditional and, at the same time, the most mode-driven creative moment in our craft.
